Installing a Shaker Motor Kit

Installing a shaker motor is straightforwards. There are two components. The first is the shaker motor itself. This part requires selecting a suitable location, drilling the cabinet, and securing the motor.

Here are instructions for installation. for the motor mechanism. The process is pretty much the same for any machine.

The second part is installing the harness and board. We design our harnesses so that they can be run with existing wiring, making them look like part of the machine.

Then, it is time to test. The board has two lights. A red light is always on while there is power. The pink light signals the machine and version at startup, and then comes on whenever it detects a shake signal. So, once the startup sequence is over, if your pink light is flashing, the shaker should be shaking.
